The Reservation Coordinator will work closely with clients from around the world to establish luxury high-end Corporate Accommodation needs for their overseas visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Make bookings with various client partners in the EMEA region.
  • Provide Reservations and administrative support to operational teams.
  • Ensure reservations, bookings, and related administration are processed accurately and promptly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Enter all requests and reservation bookings into the company’s database.
  • Convert enquiries into new bookings.

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and databases.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and Word.
