A day in the life of…

As Hotel Sales Coordinator your role will be to carry out reservations tasks and generate leads resulting in revenue growth within the business and support the delivery of the commercial strategy. Identifying any new leads and contacts, working with the front of house teams in driving rooms revenue. You will input new group and individual reservations, conduct reservations calls to potential new accounts and clients and ensuring all databases are kept accurate and up to date. Performing general office duties and administrative tasks where needed which include weekly and monthly reports.
