Duties and Responsibilities

As Reservation Host, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the following:

1. Run daily reports for Reservation department, operational departments, Sales & Marketing.
2. Process new reservations, update and clean reservations, process deposits, respond to reservation emails within 24 hours, and handle related duties.
3. Assist in room allocation and handle special requests and room blocking as needed.
4. Contact guests or travel agents to clarify preferences or discrepancies before arrival.
5. Track future room availability based on reservations.
6. Update internet reservation systems in coordination with hosts.
7. Assist in determining room rates based on resort strategies.
8. Manage guest history and profile systems.
9. Ensure all reservations are completed accurately with guest and rate information.
10. Maintain Six Senses standards of service and operation, exceeding performance benchmarks.
11. Adhere strictly to LQA standards and guest feedback.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years’ experience in a similar luxury hotel role. Hospitality diploma preferred.
2. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hotel systems like PMS, GDS, CRS. Knowledge of hotel policies regarding reservations, discounts, and MICE platforms is essential.
