Role

We are currently looking for a Reservations Agent to join our team at Rosewood London. Our Reservations Agents are responsible for responding to all room reservation requests with the goal of converting each into a confirmed booking using the hotel's selling strategy. This role offers a 40-hour workweek spread over 5 days and is crucial in maximizing the hotel’s profitability.

Key expectations of this role are

• Possessing thorough knowledge of the hotel and its offerings from a product perspective, confidently using feature and benefit sales techniques.
• Effectively communicating and prioritizing tasks in an engaging, refined, and intuitive manner.
• Responding to guest inquiries in an engaging manner while adhering to Rosewood standards, with the aim of converting inquiries into bookings through efficient and intuitive guest service.

• Paying exceptional attention to detail without compromising quality standards.
• The ability to work well in a team and build strong relationships.
• Being organized and proactive in managing tasks.
