Job Description:

The Reservations & Groups Agent plays an essential role in the smooth operation of the reservations department. You will be an integral part of the group’s reservation process, ensuring a seamless experience for all group operators.

  • Manage details of No Shows and Late Cancellation bookings, tracked daily.
  • Monitor individual arrivals for the following 7 days in line with brand standards.
  • Ensure all reservations are accurately entered into the system.
  • Maintain daily communication with guests via phone, email, and OTA messaging to respond to requests.
  • Communicate daily with the Reservations manager.
  • Ensure daily room availability is balanced according to our inventory.
  • Handle group inquiries when the line manager is absent.
