A day in the life of…

As a Reservations Agent, you will support the hotel’s pricing strategy to maximize revenue and market share, converting reservation inquiries from individuals and groups into confirmed bookings. You will manage relationships with local corporate bookers and identify sales opportunities to increase revenue.

Based at the Holiday Inn Stevenage, you will be part of a passionate team that values quality work without the need for excessive hours.
