Job summary

Wyboston Lakes Ltd is seeking a friendly Reservations Team Reservationsist to join our team. This 28‑hour per week role offers flexibility in days and requires delivering outstanding guest service throughout the booking process.

You will work closely with the team to oversee reservations, upsell where possible, and ensure guests have a smooth, memorable experience from enquiry to confirmation. We value diversity and provide a supportive environment with employee benefits.

About this role

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic Reservations Team as a Reservationist.

Working 28 hours per week, flexibility can be discussed on days of week etc.

You’ll be working closely with the team to oversee and be responsible for the smooth running of the reservations and booking process. Key focus will be on ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience during the booking process.
