Job summary

The Woodlands Event Centre in Wyboston is seeking a friendly Venue Host to join our Reception team. You will welcome guests, check them in and out, answer queries and act as the face of the Woodlands, delivering warm, memorable service.

The role is 32 hours over 4 days, requiring excellent communications, a people-person approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A rota across seven days and a welcoming culture are key to success.

We are excited to have the opportunity for someone to join our fantastic Venue Host Team at the Woodlands, working 32 hours over 4 days.

The expectations we have in relation to standards are high.

Your main focus will be to look after our guests and provide excellent customer service to them.Your day will be varied,checking our guests in and out, answering any queries they may have and be the face of the Woodlands. Ultimately, you will be helping our guests to have a positive and memorable experience.
