Job summary

Wyboston Lakes Resort - Reservations is seeking a Reservationist to join our Reservations Team. You’ll oversee and be responsible for the smooth running of the bookings process, ensuring guests have a positive experience from enquiry to confirmation.

You’ll work closely with colleagues, upsell when appropriate, and contribute to a welcoming guest journey. We offer a friendly, family-owned environment with great benefits and team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Ability to upsell and motivate team members.
• Excellent communication to all customers, including team members.
• Flexibility to work on a rota basis across five days a week.
• Think on your feet, respond quickly and solve problems effectively.

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic Reservations Team as a Reservationist.

You’ll be working closely with the team to oversee and be responsible for the smooth running of the reservations and booking process. Key focus will be on ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience during the booking process.
