Job summary

Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming Reservations Agent on a temporary basis, reporting to the Reservations Manager, to provide memorable guest experiences.

You will handle room bookings, input data into the PMS, respond to inquiries across channels, and support revenue through up-selling and cross-selling. The role emphasizes service excellence and professional, efficient communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for room bookings and respond to enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
• Ensure accurate information is entered into the PMS for bookings.
• Respond to and deal with enquiries through all channels within the specified time limits for the team.
• Work towards maximising revenue through up-selling and cross-selling.
