Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Housekeeping Attendant with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor, ensuring guests receive a memorable experience during their stay.

As a Housekeeping Attendant you will follow control measures, prioritise department needs, adhere to SOPs and Health & Safety procedures, take ownership of tasks, assist with deep cleaning, perform turndown duties when required, and

• Housekeeping Assistant experience.

• Demonstrate the ability to proactively prioritise need of the departments and effectively manage resources and time
• Be aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures
• Demonstrating personal ownership of the tasks and follow through to get optimal results
• Assist with deep cleaning projects when required
• Perform turndown duties when required
• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality service
