Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing PhD in machine learning, AI, computer science, information or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, implementation, and evaluation of self-improving agentic systems and AI research agents.
• Contribute to RL and LLM post-training research, including reward design and optimization.
• Collaborate with senior researchers on autonomous experimentation, code generation, and optimization.
• Help build evaluation harnesses and benchmarks for agentic capabilities.
• Document findings and prepare research outputs for publication.
