Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong programming ability.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling and workflows.
• Experience with model fine-tuning or evaluation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help agents learn from their work by reviewing and updating instructions.
• Train and deploy ML/LLM models; run experiments and assess readiness for production.
• Build end-to-end agents with ownership from development to delivery.
• Create evaluations and tests to catch failures before production.
