Qualifications

• Currently studying at University of Oxford or Cambridge.
• Silver medal or higher at the IMO or IOI, or equivalent level of achievement.
• Proven ability to build projects beyond coursework or tutorials.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling and model fine-tuning.

Responsibilities

• Help agents learn from their work and test improvements.
• Train and deploy LLM/ML models and run experiments.
• Own end-to-end delivery of projects and communicate with customers.
