Job summary

The Rosalind Franklin Institute invites applications for a Research Associate to deliver a focused project within our SADIE program, collaborating with NHS partners and Manchester. You will design stakeholder interviews, analyse qualitative data, and help define user requirements to ensure successful NHS workflow integration.

Flexibility includes hybrid work and potential in-person attendance at Franklin or Manchester.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent required; applications from candidates who have submitted their thesis will be considered.
• Experience designing and conducting stakeholder interviews across NHS pathways is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct interviews with NHS stakeholders (maternalfetal clinicians, midwives, sonographers, digital health experts).
• Identify and document pain points across maternity care pathways.
• Analyse interview data to identify opportunities and NHS workflow integration.
• Create user requirement documentation to guide SADIE development for users.
