The Rosalind Franklin Institute seeks a Research Associate to lead qualitative research activities supporting the SADIE project for NHS maternity care workflows. You will conduct stakeholder interviews, document user requirements, and collaborate with partners across Franklin and University of Manchester.

Qualifications

• PhD/DPhil required or submission acceptable with initial appointment at £38,500 per annum
• Experience designing and conducting interviews with NHS stakeholders across care pathways
• Strong ability to document user requirements and translate findings into research outputs or patents

Responsabilités

• Design and conduct stakeholder interviews across NHS maternity care pathways
• Identify pain points in the maternity care process and document opportunities
• Analyse interview data to map NHS workflows and identify synergies for SADIE
• Produce user requirement documentation for SADIE development
• Collaborate with Franklin, Manchester, or remote teams to deliver outputs
• Lead major contributions to outputs such as papers and presentations
• Supervise students or visitors and support skill development in the team
• Engage with external networks to share findings and advance research
