Job summary

Hartpury University and Hartpury College are seeking an organised and proactive Research and Innovation Office Administrator to coordinate administrative tasks across the Research and Innovation Office. The role supports staff and students, services key meetings, and acts as a front door for enquiries in a busy research environment.

You will coordinate ethics processes, assist with governance and financial records, and build relationships with external partners to enable ongoing and upcoming

Responsibilities

  • Act as an initial point of contact for students, staff and visitors, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently
  • Coordinate the administration of the University's ethics processes, working closely with the Chair and members of the Ethics Committee
  • Assist with the preparation, submission and monitoring of research governance requirements, financial records and related activities
  • Build effective relationships with external organisations, partners and collaborators to facilitate current and future research activities and events
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of administrative processes, systems and ways of working across the Research and Innovation team

£27,371 - £31,313 per annum

37.5 hours per week

(Part-time hours and job share opportunities would be considered for this role)

About the Role
