Job summary

King’s College London is seeking a Research Admin Analyst to support the Research Admin applications within IT Services. You will monitor data interfaces, resolve incidents, and manage changes across Pure, Worktribe, REMAS, LIMS, and Inteum (Minuet).

The role involves hybrid working with travel between Quintrell Downs and university campuses in London. Prior experience in education environments and enterprise systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Research Admin applications in an education environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale systems and applications.
• Ability to discuss technical & non-technical aspects clearly.
• Experience with cloud and on-premise deployments.
• Familiarity with ITSM concepts and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor availability and resolve system incidents within SLAs.
• Coordinate incident/problem resolution with Research Admin teams.
• Maintain documentation and change requests for CAB.
• Support interfaces between systems and ensure data flow.
• Assist with vendor liaison and documentation updates.
• Provide travel between Quintrell Downs and London campuses as needed.
