Qualificações

• Experience in a compliance, due diligence, audit support, risk management or related role within a higher education institution or other complex organisation.
• Coordinating complex administrative, compliance or assurance processes and maintaining accurate records, databases and audit trails.
• Applying policies, procedures and regulatory requirements consistently to support decision-making and compliance activities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collate, assess and present information clearly for decision-making.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail where data quality and audit evidence are critical.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to provide guidance and build stakeholder relationships.
• Supporting reporting, monitoring, audit, assurance or review activities with timelines.
• Using a proportionate, risk-based approach to compliance, governance or risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of King's research due diligence and compliance activities; triage and coordinate third party requests.
• Work with NHS R&D governance audit findings, log findings, maintain action plans and monitor progress.
• Coordinate external funder research audits and assurance reviews; improve processes and reporting.
• Provide guidance to researchers and staff; build relationships across Procurement, Contracts, Finance and research teams.
• Escalate high-risk matters to the appropriate specialist and manage multiple priorities.
