We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Post-Award team as a Research Grants Project Setup Coordinator. This is a varied coordination and administration role focused on the project setup phase of the research award lifecycle. You will help ensure new research awards are activated accurately and efficiently by coordinating information, monitoring progress, maintaining records and working with colleagues across faculties and professional services teams to resolve routine issues that may delay project activation. You will become a key point of contact for project setup activity, helping to track awards through the setup process, support risk assessment activities, maintain accurate data and produce management information. Working closely with Research Grants Managers, Research Grants Administrators and colleagues across King's, you will help ensure research projects can start promptly and in compliance with funder and university requirements.
