Mitie is seeking a Reprographics Operative in Bristol to operate reprographic equipment and deliver an efficient service for MOD Abbey Wood. You will schedule and prioritise job requests and work as part of a skilled, client-focused team.

Responsibilities include producing printed or digital documents, finishing, maintaining equipment, stock control, and reporting output to the Line Manager, while complying with Health and Safety, GDPR and copyright rules. 37.5 hours Mon–Fri.

Qualificações

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Professional understanding of reprographics technology and document production.
• Strong team player with initiative and adaptability.
• Confident written and verbal communicator with customers and colleagues.
• IT literate with MS Office and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Operate digital printing and document scanning to produce outputs.
• Assemble documents per job sheet including binding and finishing.
• Discuss jobs with customers to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Maintain reprographic equipment, change toner, clear jams.
• Manage stock levels and order consumables.
• Log monthly output in spreadsheets and report figures to Line Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Copyright and GDPR.
