Qualifications

• Prior experience in reprographics, printing, document publishing, or busy office administrative role.
• Proficiency operating commercial printing machinery, desktop publishing software, and Microsoft Office.
• An active enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain industrial digital printers, photocopiers, guillotines, binding machines, and laminators
• Process print requests submitted by teaching and administrative staff, ensuring accurate turnaround for morning lessons
• Format, print, assemble, and finish student workbooks, examination papers, newsletters, and promotional brochures
• Monitor paper, toner, and stationery stock levels, placing supplier orders and managing machine service logs
• Troubleshoot basic printing hardware faults and liaise with external service engineers for specialized repairs
• Support school display creation, mounting artwork, and organizing promotional event banners
