Job summary

CER Education Recruitment is seeking a Reprographics Assistant to support a busy school environment in Newcastle upon Tyne from October 2026. This temporary, part-time role offers weekly pay and a chance to gain experience in reprographics.

You will operate printing, photocopying, scanning, and finishing equipment, manage requests from teaching staff, and help maintain stock levels. Previous reprographics experience and good organisation are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous reprographics, print room, or similar experience.

Reprographics Assistant

CER Education is seeking an experienced Reprographics Assistant to support a busy school environment from October 2026 until at least the end of January 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and organised individual with previous reprographics experience looking for a part-time role within education.

As a Reprographics Assistant, you will play a key role in providing high-quality printing, photocopying, scanning, and finishing services to staff across the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating photocopying, printing, and finishing equipment
• Producing high-quality printed materials to deadlines
• Managing printing requests from teaching and support staff
• Binding, laminating, collating, and finishing documents
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as required
• Maintaining reprographics equipment and reporting faults
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently
