Job summary

CER Education Recruitment in Newcastle upon Tyne is hiring a Reprographics Assistant for a busy school environment from October 2026 to at least the end of January 2027. The role is part-time and temporary, with pay at £14.62 per hour and weekly payment.

You will support printing, photocopying, scanning and finishing services, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery for staff across the school.

Qualifications

• Previous reprographics experience
• Organised and reliable
• Able to meet deadlines
• Experience in a school environment desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Operating photocopying, printing, and finishing equipment
• Producing high-quality printed materials to deadlines
• Managing printing requests from teaching and support staff
• Binding, laminating, collating, and finishing documents
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as required
• Maintaining reprographics equipment and reporting faults
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently
