Job summary

CER Education Recruitment is seeking a reliable Reprographics Assistant to support a busy school from October 2026 until at least the end of January 2027. This is a part-time, temporary role with weekly pay and excellent work-life balance.

You will operate reprographics equipment, produce high-quality printed materials to deadlines, and support staff with printing requests, binding, laminating, and finishing tasks while managing stock and reporting faults.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a reprographics, print room, or similar environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of print production and reprographics equipment
• Experience working in a school or educational setting is desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Operating photocopying, printing, and finishing equipment
• Producing high-quality printed materials to deadlines
• Managing printing requests from teaching and support staff
• Binding, laminating, collating, and finishing documents
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as required
• Maintaining reprographics equipment and reporting faults
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently
