• Proven track record in client/stakeholder management;
• Proficient in essential tools, including MS Excel with expertise in SQL, Macro (VBA), PowerQuery (Must-Haves), and familiarity with Data Studio and Looker.

Job Description

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for metric reporting, analysis, billing, operational processes, and managing day-to-day inquiries.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete all required client reporting based on established service line agreements.
• Fulfill requirements for other metrics and reporting.
• Accept and complete all ad hoc reporting requests promptly.
• Create and maintain billing templates.
• Develop an audit process for monthly billing reconciliation.
• Provide consultative support to client services teams regarding processes and workflows impacting reporting and billing.
• Analyze dashboards weekly and communicate key findings to the Client Services Manager or Director.
• Monitor trends and recommend appropriate actions.
• Establish and follow documented reporting policies aligned with business goals.
• Proactively reach out to client teams weekly to understand their upcoming reporting needs.
• Facilitate discussions with client service leaders to eliminate non-value-added reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

Education:

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Experience:

• At least two years' experience in a business or office environment utilizing customer service and administrative skills.

Exposure:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Strong skills in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reporting capabilities.
• Basic analytical skills to assess and present key data.
