Job Description:

The team is looking to recruit 2 W2BC Programme Performance Reporting Analysts.

Each role will be responsible for providing an effective reporting service to the Programme Management organization, meeting all daily delivery requirements.

They will generate investment plans, monitor and report on programme plans and performance objectives, and highlight variances, risks, and corrective actions.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Providing effective daily reporting to Programme and Project Managers on plans, costs, physical delivery, and performance, including HSQE performance.
  2. Coordinating the production of overall investment plans for the programme area.
  3. Analyzing project and programme information for anomalies and key trends against baselines.
  4. Monitoring change control processes, tracking issues, requests, and orders, and recording at-risk works with published values.
  5. Ensuring data entered into cost and performance systems meets standards.
  6. Maintaining project control activities per the Guide to Railway Investment Projects (GRIP) or other relevant project lifecycle standards.
Required qualifications and experience:
  • Relevant experience in managing, planning, or delivering major construction and engineering projects.
  • HND or NVQ equivalent in construction or engineering-related subjects.
  • Knowledge of investment programme and project controls processes and systems.
