Reporting Accountant - Peterborough

We are seeking a Reporting Accountant to join our team in Peterborough, supporting the reporting manager and our Audio team.

About the Team: The Audio Accounting Team is part of the Bauer Shared Service Centre, providing in-house accounting services to the Bauer UK Audio Business. We ensure timely and accurate management accounts that meet the needs of the business and our Group Head Office in Hamburg.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time hybrid role, combining remote work with office presence in Peterborough. We value flexibility and are open to discussing different working arrangements to find the right fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production of management accounts for the relevant area and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
2. Reconciliation of balance sheets with Business Analysts.
3. Completing ad hoc tasks to meet month-end deadlines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Accounting qualification or relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to manage a busy workload during the month-end cycle.
• Self-motivated with strong multitasking skills to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with S/4 Hana is desirable but not essential.
