You will lead a replenishment team, oversee stock flow, deliveries and readiness to trade while driving high standards across warehouse and shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse or logistics.
• Strong stock replenishment and stock control knowledge.
• Ability to organise and plan in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead replenishment operation to ensure product availability across the store.
• Manage deliveries, ensuring stock is worked safely and accurately.
• Drive high standards of stock control, organisation and housekeeping.
• Plan and prioritise workload to keep the store fully stocked.
• Monitor availability and address stock-related issues as they arise.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues to maximise team performance.
• Support wider store operations and collaborate with management to hit targets.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety and procedures.
