You’ll coordinate deliveries, organise the shop floor, and drive availability to maximise customer satisfaction. This hands-on leadership role requiresFlexibility across early mornings, days, and weekends, with a focus on keeping stock levels optimal and store presentation high.

• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.

• Confidence to prioritise, problem-solve, and make decisions quickly.
