Job summary

B&M Retail in Burgess Hill is seeking a driven Replenishment Manager to lead the replenishment operation, ensure excellent product availability and uphold high stock standards.

You’ll manage deliveries, oversee stock flow from warehouse to shop floor, coach a growing team and collaborate with store management to meet trading goals. This role offers development opportunities within a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading the replenishment operation to ensure excellent product availability across the store.
• Managing deliveries efficiently, ensuring stock is worked safely and accurately.
• Driving high standards of stock control, organisation and housekeeping in both the warehouse and on the shop floor.
• Planning and prioritising workload to ensure the store is fully stocked and ready to trade.
• Monitoring availability and taking action to address stock-related issues.
• Coaching, motivating and developing colleagues to maximise team performance.
• Supporting wider store operations and collaborating with the management team to achieve business goals.
• Maintaining compliance with health & safety and operational procedures.
