Responsibilities

• Lead the replenishment operation to ensure excellent product availability across the store.
• Manage deliveries efficiently, ensuring stock is worked safely and accurately.
• Drive high standards of stock control, organisation and housekeeping in the warehouse and shop floor.
• Plan and prioritise workload to ensure the store is fully stocked and ready to trade.
• Monitor availability and take action to address stock-related issues.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues to maximise team performance.
• Support wider store operations and collaborate with management to achieve business goals.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety and operational procedures.
