Responsabilités

• Lead replenishment operation to ensure excellent product availability across the store.
• Manage deliveries and ensure stock is handled safely and accurately.
• Drive high standards of stock control, organisation and housekeeping in both the warehouse and on the shop floor.
• Plan workload to keep the store fully stocked and ready to trade.
• Coach and develop colleagues to maximise team performance.
• Collaborate with management to achieve business goals.
• Maintain health and safety and operational procedures.
