Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Clacton is seeking a hands-on Replenishment Manager to own stock availability and shop floor standards. You will lead from the front, oversee deliveries, stock flow and replenishment activity, and drive high standards to keep the store well-stocked and trade-ready.

With line management responsibility, you’ll coach and develop colleagues, plan workloads, and partner with the management team to meet trading goals while maintaining health and safety procedures and excellent

We're looking for a driven and hands-on Replenishment Manager to join our Clacton store. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives on organisation, enjoys developing teams and takes pride in delivering excellent availability and operational standards.

As a key member of the store management team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products are available for customers whenever they visit. Leading your replenishment team from the front, you'll oversee stock flow, deliveries and replenishment activity, ensuring the store remains well-stocked, organised and ready to trade.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the replenishment operation to ensure excellent product availability across the store.
