Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Cambridge is seeking a hands-on Replenishment Manager to own stock flow, availability and shop floor standards in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead the replenishment team, manage deliveries and drive stock controls to ensure excellent availability for customers.

As a key member of the store management team, you will plan priorities, coach colleagues and collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team within fast-paced retail, warehouse or logistics settings.
• Knowledge of stock control, replenishment and deliveries processes.

We're looking for a driven and hands-on Replenishment Manager to join our Beehive Centrestore in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives on organisation, enjoys developing teams and takes pride in delivering excellent availability and operational standards.

As a key member of the store management team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products are available for customers whenever they visit. Leading your replenishment team from the front, you'll oversee stock flow, deliveries and replenishment activity, ensuring the store remains well-stocked, organised and ready to trade.
