Job summary

B&M Retail in Pontypridd is hiring a Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow and keep shelves full and inviting. This hands-on leadership role covers deliveries to the shop floor, with accountability for availability, organisation and team performance.

You'll manage a small team in a fast-paced retail environment, plan replenishment schedules, prioritise urgent stock, and drive productivity to meet store targets. Flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends is required.

Join B&M as a Replenishment Manager in our Brown Lennox Retail Park, Pontypridd store and play a key role in keeping our store stocked, organised, and ready for our customers! This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you'll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time. It's a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
