Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Penrith is seeking a Replenishment Manager to own stock flow and lead a small team across our Bridge Lane store. You will ensure shelves are stocked, deliveries are integrated, and products are ready for customers in a fast-paced environment.

The role is permanent, full-time with an afternoon-evening shift (1:30pm–9:30pm). You will drive stock availability, organise staff workflows, and maintain a clean, efficient shop floor to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in retail, warehouse or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, replenishment processes, deliveries.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to work.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

This is a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required 1:30pm-9:30pm because great availability never sleeps!
