Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a driven Replenishment Manager to own stock, availability and shop floor standards in a fast-paced store. You will lead the replenishment team from the front, manage deliveries and ensure the store is well stocked and trade-ready.

You will develop colleagues, optimise stock control, and respond to changing trading demands while maintaining health and safety and operational procedures. The role offers growth within a growing retailer and extensive training.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team within a fast-paced retail, warehouse or logistics environment.
• Knowledge of stock control, replenishment and delivery processes.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Hands-on with ability to lead from the front.
• Confident in decision making and problem solving in a busy environment.
• Passion for operational excellence and delivering results.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, days, evenings and weekends.

We're looking for a driven and hands-on Replenishment Manager to join our Kemble store. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives on organisation, enjoys developing teams and takes pride in delivering excellent availability and operational standards.

As a key member of the store management team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products are available for customers whenever they visit. Leading your replenishment team from the front, you'll oversee stock flow, deliveries and replenishment activity, ensuring the store remains well-stocked, organised and ready to trade.
