Job summary

Orwell Housing Association Ltd is seeking a Repairs & Voids Team Leader to oversee a skilled team delivering high-quality repairs and void works. You will lead multi-skilled tradespeople, craftspersons, groundworkers and apprentices, ensuring safety, efficiency and excellent customer service.

You will mentor staff, conduct regular supervision and 1:1s, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and housing standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management experience.
• Strong repairs and maintenance knowledge.
• Experience supervising or leading operational teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
