Qualifications

• SSSTS certification (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) required.
• Experience in social housing maintenance including reactive repairs and voids.
• Strong understanding of multiple trades: kitchens, bathrooms, electrical, and general building.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of operatives to deliver high-quality repairs and void refurbishments.
• Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a professional standard.
• Track performance, quality, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Communicate with tenants, housing teams, and contractors to resolve issues and maintain service excellence.
• Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and progress reporting.
