Wates Smartspace in Birmingham is seeking a skilled Repairs Supervisor to oversee responsive maintenance services for social housing properties. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality repairs, void refurbishments, and planned works, ensuring safety, efficiency, and professional standards.

The role requires SSSTS certification, proven social housing maintenance experience, broad trade knowledge, and strong organizational and communication skills. A full UK driving licence is essential.

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Repairs Supervisor to oversee our responsive maintenance services across social housing properties in Birmingham. If you have solid experience in managing day-to-day repairs, voids, and planned works, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
