Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd. is seeking a Repairs Supervisor to lead a multi-trades team and deliver a customer-focused repairs service across homes. Based in Birmingham, you will work office-based and on site 5 days a week, covering Leicester, Coventry, Atherstone, Nuneaton, Rugby and Northampton.

The role requires supervising repairs teams, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery, plus managing subcontractors and suppliers to achieve value for money. Immediate sick cover contract length applies.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising repairs or construction-related teams.
• Strong knowledge of repairs and property maintenance.
• Experience managing performance, productivity and quality standards.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to plan workloads and manage competing priorities.
• Experience managing and developing a team of operatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate and develop a team of multi trades.
• Carry out site inspections, quality checks, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
• Monitor productivity, performance and service targets, taking corrective action where required.
• Coordinate labour resources and support effective scheduling of work.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Repairs Supervisor to join a leading Property Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an efficient, customer-focused repairs service across their homes.

Contract length- Immediate sick cover

Pay- £30-£34 an hour via umbrella

Repairs Supervisorduties:
