In this role, you'll be at the heart of our service- scheduling work, supporting customers, and making sure our engineers are in the right place at the right time. As a Repairs Scheduler, you'll be at the centre of our responsive repairs service. You'll plan, prioritise and coordinate work for our multi-skilled engineers, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, completed on time, and aligned to customer needs. You'll be the main point of contact for repairs queries, managing high volumes of calls and working closely with customers, operatives, and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly. You'll balance priorities, respond to changing demands, and keep everything moving to deliver a reliable, high-quality service., Your base will be Cwmbran, working closely with colleagues across our wider Repairs service. We cover areas from Monmouthshire to Swansea. While much of your role is office-based, hybrid working means you'll have flexibility built into your week.
