The post is full-time, hybrid, based from Cwmbran with flexible weekly/daily pay, and ends 30 July 2027. A DBS check is provided and a supportive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multi-trade workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook to manage schedules and updates.
• Clear, professional communication with strong telephone manner.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes of work.
• Ability to think ahead, troubleshoot issues and adapt plans quickly.
• Awareness of KPIs and their importance in service delivery.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritise and coordinate work for multi-skilled engineers.
• Schedule efficiently to ensure jobs are completed on time.
• Be the main point of contact for repairs queries and stakeholders.
