You will coordinate repair requests, manage engineer diaries, update records, and liaise with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates, ensuring timely repairs and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, scheduling, repairs administration or customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and keeping jobs on track.
• Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming repair requests and arrange engineer visits.
• Manage engineer diaries and schedule repair appointments.
• Liaise with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.
• Monitor outstanding jobs and follow up to ensure repairs are completed.
• Work closely with engineers and internal teams to resolve scheduling issues.
