Job summary

You will lead the repairs and maintenance function at a management level, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective contract delivery, with a focus on tenant satisfaction and value for money across the district.

Job description

North Kesteven District Council is seeking an experienced professional to join the Property Management team; This post puts you at the heart of a department which is critical in the delivery of the Council’s services through providing effective repairs and maintenance to Council tenants homes.

You will be required to apply a high level of conscientiousness when carrying out this role, to support the delivery of the Repairs and Maintenance department at a management level and show an appreciation of the contribution local government can make to the welfare of the people living, working, and visiting the district. Job Requirements:

• A Professional qualification in building management or similar OR substantial experience within this working environment may be considered as equivalent
• Ability to effectively lead a team
