Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in building management or substantial equivalent experience.
• Ability to effectively lead a team.
• Budget management and financial reporting; understanding of contracts using a schedule of rates.
• Deliver and manage construction related projects.
• Solid understanding of damp & mould and Awaabs Law.
