Job summary

A leading social housing organization is seeking a Repairs Manager to provide operational leadership for their responsive repairs service. In this interim role, you will manage and monitor DLO operatives while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. A proven track record in social housing and strong leadership skills are essential. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of £58.46 and aims to drive continuous improvement in service quality.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in a Repairs Manager or similar role within social housing.
  • Proven track record managing in-house DLOs.
  • Strong understanding of housing maintenance, compliance, and repairs delivery.

Contract Type: Interim

Rate: £58.46 per hour (All-inclusive Umbrella)
