Job summary

Broxtowe Borough Council is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Repairs Manager to lead the Council's Housing Repairs team. You will supervise responsive repairs and maintenance with four team leaders across multi-trade operatives and gas/electrical teams, ensuring work is safe, efficient and aligned to targets.

You will work closely with the Compliance Manager and Customer Service Manager to deliver high quality services and drive continual improvement within a flexible, hybrid working
