North Wales Housing is recruiting a Repairs Supervisor at Agile/Head Office. You will supervise repairs, manage operatives and contractors, and help deliver high standards of service to residents.
Working with the Repairs Manager, you'll monitor productivity, plan workloads and ensure health and safety compliance. A City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a construction trade or substantial demonstrable experience is essential.
Repairs Supervisor
Location: Agile/Head Office
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £38,381 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, including participation in a management on-call escalation rota.
As Repairs Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring repairs and maintenance works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You'll provide day-to-day supervision and support to our in-house operatives and contractors, helping to ensure excellent customer service and quality outcomes for residents.
Working closely with the Repairs Manager, schedulers and other teams, you'll monitor productivity, inspect completed works, support operational planning and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
We're looking for someone who combines technical knowledge with a strong customer focus and excellent leadership skills.
